We greatly appreciate you supporting our mom-run, women-owned business. An abundance of creativity and memories have been captured and we have you to thank for it — so we’re flipping the script of what a studio should be.

Important Membership Details

Newburyport Studio Members are automatically enrolled based on their yearly spend. Numbers will be reevaluated January 1. Our team will review the ongoing yearly spend status on an annual basis and will send you a reminder a month prior to your coupon expiring. If you would like to activate a membership and haven’t purchased enough time yet in our studios, you can create future bookings this year and start benefiting from the discounts and perks for 2025!

Once you have reached a yearly (year-to-date) spend that qualifies you for a membership, you will be provided with a unique coupon code towards future bookings that will be active as long as you maintain the spend that meets our membership criteria. Be mindful when booking your session to input this code at checkout, codes cannot be applied retroactively, and a refund will not be given. We will check the ongoing yearly spend status annually (January 1) and will send you a reminder a month prior with your membership status.

The Newburyport Studio membership is complimentary with bookings* and may be subject to revocation under exceptional circumstances. Memberships, discounts and booking can not be shared with other photographers. We kindly request all esteemed members to treat our studios with respect, maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of our spaces, adhere to studio rules, educate your clients about our studio policies and access guidelines.

*Bookings which count towards your yearly spend must be made by the photographer — not a client or friend. Membership is for photographers only and can not be shared or transferred under any circumstance. If we find you’re abusing your membership The Newburyport Studio has the authority to automatically revoke it. The Newburyport Studio has the authority to update the yearly spend requirements and details once a year.  If your membership level drops based on the updated levels, your coupon will remain active until February 1st. Members must meet their year-to-date spend requirements to maintain their studio perks.
